This is my take on the Tunisian dish Shakshuka. The richness from the burrata and the savory spiced vegetables make the best bite.

WHAT'S INSIDE:






1 Can of Roasted Diced Tomatoes
2 Large Eggs
1 Bell Pepper Diced
1/2 Cup Chicken stock
Chicken Sausage (TJ's Spicy Jalapeño)
Burrata

1/2 White Onion Diced

3 Cloves of Garlic
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Cumin
1 TSP Turmeric
1 TSP Paprika
1 TSP Chiliflakes
Salt to Taste

HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Dice your onion, bell peppers, and garlic cloves. Take you choice of cut sausage, (TJ's Chicken Jalapeño) and add to a hot pan. Once it begins to brown, add in the diced vegetables.
2.Once the vegetables are fragrant, add in your canned or fresh diced tomatoes. As that begins to cook down, add in your spices and salt to taste.

4. Using the back of a fork, gently crush the now soften diced tomatoes and vegetables until it thickens with the stock.
3. Pour in about 1/2 cup of chicken stock. Let that simmer for 5 min.

5. Crack in two large eggs and cover with a lid to steam on low heat until desired consistency of egg.
6. Add sliced burrata letting it melt on low for 1 min. Top with cilantro and serve with toasted sour dough. Now enjoy a creamy and savory bite.
